Ladd Lake in Mobile, AL was a showcase renovation project that was in horrible shape when we first arrived onsite. It was completely overgrown with brush and trees and was not holding a drop of water. We removed several large trees and set out clearing and cleaning up all around this lake with a dozer and excavator. The old riser drainpipe had completely rusted out with no hope of redemption and the dam had severely eroded as well. We mined all the dirt we needed onsite and completely reshaped and rebuilt this lake. We filled the old riser drainpipe system via chemical grout injection from one end to the other thereby completely and permanently sealing it off with absolutely zero chance of ever leaking in the future. We also installed a state of the art 8-inch siphon system to regulate the depth of this lake as well. I will let the pictures help tell the tale of reviving and renovating this lake but to say that the owner was ecstatic would be a complete understatement. He still raves to this day about “how he never dreamed that he could ever own something so gorgeous and absolutely breathtaking”. These are the kinds of stories we hear repeatedly from our customers!

James, I just opened your new website. I noticed my project, called Ladd lake, was on the opening page. Then I read what you said about my project. You nailed it. The only thing you left out was the statement you made when I asked what it would like when you were through. If you remember, you said it would look like a state park. This may have been the only thing you said that may not have been completely true. Its looks better than any state park I have ever been to. James, thank you for doing 120% of what you said you would do and finishing way ahead of schedule and at a much lower cost than we projected.
