Richburg Road Lake started out as a small 1 ½ to 2-acre pond but soon turned into an 8-acre lake project and much, much more as the owner kept adding more things he wanted done. We not only designed and built the lake complete with a state of the art 8-inch siphon system to regulate the lake, along with building a walking and bicycle trail around the entire lake. We also designed and built the entrance road complete with gravel and a new house pad for him on this property that will overlook the lake. This lake build was both exciting and challenging from start to finish. We had to completely clear and grub this entire site along with stripping all the topsoil off as well while making multiple changes for the owner. The Richburg Road Lake turned out to be a showcase project as you will see, and the owner was extremely pleased with along with the engineers who had no problem signing off the lake build. Another success!
