All in-person assessments start at a flat rate of $100.00 for up to a fifty (50) mile radius and one (1) hour of our time.

Extra time spent on assessment beyond the first hour can and will result in additional charges to customer if required or requested by customer at the rate of $50.00 per hour.

Beyond a fifty (50) mile radius all other in-person assessments are billed at $2.00 per mile plus $50.00 per hour for additional time over one hour spent on project site.

Pond and Lake Sealing Services
Our main service centers around our Patented process US Patent No: US 11,149,394 B2 of permanently sealing freshwater ponds, lakes, cisterns, wastewater lagoons and other bodies of water that leak, seep or simply refuse to hold water correctly due to both known and unknown reasons. We achieve a permanent watertight seal utilizing our state-of-the-art Patented granulated proprietary sealant formula and our Patented workhorse watercraft spreading apparatus which also utilizes state-of-the-art electronic remote-controlled metered spreading equipment for uniform spreading of our sealant and GPS mapping and tracking when needed for large bodies of water. Chemical Grout Injection Services
Chemical grout injections can be used to jack up and re-level concrete spillways, concrete slabs, buildings with concrete floors and other concrete structures that have been compromised and are now unlevel. Grout injection is used for solidifying soft spots in roads, erosion control, shoring up sea walls, sealing around manholes, sewer mains, stopping high pressure leaks and seepage in walls of underground buildings, basements, waterproofing of underground structures, jacking up and re-leveling concrete slabs and more. Pond Clarification Services
Pro Pond Solutions offers pond clarifying services which utilizes a liquid emulsion product that is introduced into your pond or lake at the rate of twenty-five (25) gallons per acre via a metered water pump system which we use to spray this material into your pond or lake. This product works very quickly and dramatically improves water quality and clarity in newly built and existing ponds and lakes by locking onto floating silt particles, dirt/mud particles and other debris taking it down and essentially gluing it to the bottom of your pond or lake.
